I know in the past that staff members have not had very many duties on the forum. However, in order to make this a bigger and more organized community, it has been decided that the staff members must be given tasks and duties. Before they just had certain powers that other members did not have. Now though, I expect staff members to live up to their position.
Main Admin Duties:
-Advertising/Acceptance&Denial off Adverts -Skin and Graphics -Overseeing all staff and members -Updating Boards/Announcements/Info/Etc. -Accepting/Denying of Character Applications -Deleting Inappropriate Threads -Moving Inactive/old threads to thread archives
Co-Admin Duties:
-Advertising/Acceptance&Denial off Adverts -Overseeing All Staff And Members -Updating/Making Announcements -Accepting/Denying of Character Applications -Deletion of inappropriate threads
Global Mod Duties:
-Accepting/Denying Character Applications -Overseeing Members and Ensure All Rules Are Followed -Occasional Announcements
Mod Duties:
-Accepting/Denying Character Applications -Overseeing Members and Ensure All Rules Are Followed
*More staff powers may be added at a later date. This is just for now!

Also, I ask that all staff members follow these rules along with the usual forum rules:
Activity- I ask that all staff members remain active. If a staff member has not logged in within two weeks, then they will lose their staff powers(unless the Main Admin has been consulted beforehand). Exceptions will not be made, however, if the staff member returns before their account is set to be deleted, their position can be reconsidered by the main or co-admin.
Abuse of Powers- If I hear of any staff member abusing their powers then they will lose their staff position. There are no if ands or buts about it and I will not reconsider.
Maintaining The Forum- We have staff members for a reason. If I find that a staff member has not been doing their duty, then they will lose their staff position.
Beyond Your Powers- There are certain things that certain staff members are not liable to do. For example, Global Mods do not deal with banning members. They can present a case to either the admin or co-admin, but they can not take the act of banning a member into their own hands. This power belongs to the admins and the admins only. Which is why Global Mods are unable to ban members anyway.
