Michael Greene was preparing for a race. He was determined to win... as always. In his family it was a disgrace to lose. Mike had all the right things to win. Well, everything except the heart. Motocross was his life. It wasn't a game to him.
He was wearing his racing jersey and clothes which were dark red and orange with a bit of yellow. There was a fox on the front with fire around it. His bike matched. He also had on a pair of sunglasses and was watching as a couple of his guys did some last minute touch ups on his bike. Mike didn't do that kind of stuff. He knew how to, but his father always encouraged him to let others do it for him.
Mike had his arms crossed, waiting till the bike would be done so that he could get it up to the track. He sighed and looked around at the other racers, a slight smirk on his face. He was over confident about winning of course. He was raised to be that way. His father and younger brother were there as well as part of his team, overseeing the guys who were fixing up his bike.

Louis was in the line of racers too. He had a blue and black bike and his jersey was a dark blue and yellow through it, with abunch of different logos. He had a full helmet on with a black glass like cover over his eyes and nose that he could push up. He was doing last minute checks on his beloved bike. He was sweating alittle now, this was his first race. It was chilly out and he knew Viv was with Louie, bundled up in blankets sitting in the stands.
He was lined up next to everyone else, he knew the one he had to watch out for. He eyed the orange and red bike and then the rider. He gulped and then looked around. He hopped up onto his bike and started it, playing with the trottle abit and he waited for everyone else to get situtated...

((Aw, Lou is so cute on his bike.))
Vivienne Shaymen's leg was bouncing up and down. There were a few reason's for this. It was Lou's first race, she was afraid he would crash, she was somewhat excited and hoping he would win. And it was also really cold outside. Louie Jr. was bundled up in his carrier which was right beside her. Andy and Ethan were supposed to be taking off work early because they wanted to see this. They weren't here yet, but Viv was keeping an eye out for them. She needed someone to dig her nails into if Louis crashed or if the race got too intense.
Viv was wearing a pair of light, faded jeans today, tucked into black snow boots. Her hair was down and straight and she wore a tight black and blue shirt. So that she matched Lou's bike of course. She also had on a black jacket to keep her warm and black gloves. Louie was bundled up completely as well. Viv let out a sigh as she waited and waited, anxiety settling in slowly.

Mike started to get situated as he pulled his bike up to the start up. He saw the black and blue rider eying him and he sized him up. He started to mess around with his throttle as well as the kid beside him did, challenging him. This was gonna be a good race by the looks of it. Mike looked the other racer in the eye as he pulled on his orange and red helmet. He pulled down the black cover on his helmet a revved his bike engine, looking away from the guy, his smirk hidden by the helmet.

Andrew Cross hopped out of his car and took a moment to put his agent sunglasses on in a dramatic way. He closed his car door and made his way into the arena thing, handing over his ticket. It took him a few moment to find her, but he made his way up to Viv and took the spot on the other side of Louie Jr.'s carrier. "Hey, how's he doin' so far?" he asked, nodding out to the track where he could see Lou and all the other racers. Andy was wearing a long-sleeved gray t-shirt and a pair of dark jeans, his work boots and a black leather jacket. Ok, it was fake leather because he couldn't afford real leather just yet, but one day... He kinda looked like Jaxon. Which was his goal as Jaxon had become an icon to him.

Ethan pulled into the parking lot not long after Andy. He was running a little late and hoped the race hadn't started just yet. He parked near Andy as he recognized his car and hopped out, jogging in, handing over his ticket like he had ants in his pants and then jogging up the stands to Andy and Viv. "Yo," he said, sitting down beside Viv and huffing out a sigh, thankful the race hadn't started just yet. Ethan was wearing light, faded and baggy jeans, black and white runners and a fire engine red t-shirt that had his logo and ladder number on it with a black hoodie over it. He had taken a shower back at the fire station so his hair was soaked. He had a few scratches, one on his left cheek from a fire that had taken place earlier and his right hand was wrapped up in gauze as he had burnt and cut it up. Nearly broke it actually, but he had been lucky.

Louis just kinda glared at the guy, what a cock. He was so cocky the way he stood and then sat on his bike it made Louis want to hit him onpurpose. Of course, he wouldn't do it, but if there happened to be an acident and he took someone out, he hoped it was flamer over there. With a slight growl he revved his throttle as everyone seemed to on there bike now. Louis got into focus and waited for the guy to give the signal to go....

Mike was waiting for it, at the ready. He revved his engine again and gave the guy next to him one last look as he did so. He moved his bike up so that it hit the metal bar thing that kept them all from going and then back just a bit so he didn't get stuck. He waited for the release. BAM! The signal to go. The metal bars went down at the same time and everyone sped off as fast as they could, Mike smirking beneath his helmet, determined to win.

"He's nervous," Viv said to Andy and Ethan. Hell, even she was nervous. She waited and watched, rocking Louie's carrier a bit so he might not freak out as much from all the noise. Viv bit her lip as she watched all the racers get ready and then, the signal went off and now all she could do was wait and watch her husband, praying he didn't crash. That wouldn't be too good for his first race.

Louis took off the same time Mike had, he had a good reaction time. His bike roared to life as he sped away, some of the other racers taking off, but not as fast as Mike and himself. They sped around the first turn, Louis took it sharp and clean, his training paid off greatly, he looked forward. He had the urge to see if Mike was still next to him, but he had to keep his eyes infront of him....

Mike hadn't expected the guy to be so fast. He got started an instant before Mike, giving him just enough time to get a little ahead, but not by far. He was just behind the guy, a little off to the side, trying to get ahead. He was silently cursing the kid, the smirk on his face gone now. He wasn't going to let himself lose and he sure as hell wasn't going to come in second behind this dude. He was head to head with the guy now, but he wasn't getting any farther.

Louis tested the guy just to see what he was like, like most bikers, they slow around the turns. Louis came up around another turn and he sped up just the tinest bit, taking the chance of a bad crash. He came around the turn fine and he smiled to himself, he took the chance to look to the side to see if the guy sped around the curve like he just did....

Mike growled lightly behind his helmet. He saw the guy speed up around the turn and he skidded slightly as he went to do the same, just to keep up. He urged his bike forward, silently fuming that he was losing this one.

Louis smiled wide as he was able to race around the corner and the guy couldn't make it without skidding. He got his bearing again and then he pushed his bike to full speed, flying around the course, with his rival right behind him. A couple more minutes of racing and he passed through the finish line infront of everyone, including Mike....

Mike cursed as his bike came to a stop past the finish line. He had come in second. This pissed him off a lot, but he felt the sudden need to go and talk to the guy. When the race was over, Mike found himself going off in search of the guy who had beat him. Maybe he could find out a few of his secrets or something.
All the racers were pretty much inspecting damage to their bikes or fixing them up again as Mike made his way through, pushing his bike alongside him. He found the guy after a few minutes and stopped beside him, a few members of his team following up behind him. "Hey," he said, nodding his head at the guy. "Good race..." He was trying to be sincere. He wasn't of course, but he was good at acting.
